Showing Up When It Comes to Customer Care: Jesse Munger

We were very excited to announce Jesse “Big Sizzle” Munger as the VGM Forbin Employee Spotlight for the month of July, 2022. Jesse is Forbin's System Administrator I, so he helps with a little bit of everything from web requests and IT to customer care issues.

Thank you for showing up in your role every day—whether that is through your dedication to each client, personable demeanor and helpfulness with a side of wit!

Simply put, Jesse shows up when it comes to customer care.

We interviewed our winner and this is what Jesse had to say:

  1. How long have you been working at VGM Forbin?
    9 wonderful months (Dec 6th start date).
  2. What is your role at VGM Forbin?
    A little bit of everything, but System Administrator I is my title.
  3. What's your favorite thing about your job?
    Two things stand out about my job more than anything: I never wake up and dread going to ‘work’ ANY day that I’ve been here at VGM Forbin and paired with the amazing team that I get to work with and be around every day is so refreshing and keeps me driven.
  4. An interesting fact you may not know about me:
    I was a two-sport (basketball and tennis) failed collegiate athlete!
  5. Cats or dogs?
    It would be cats
  6. Most importantly, if you were stranded on an island, what is one thing you would make sure to have on you?
    Cheesy answer – My wife and kids by my side.
    Real answer – Endless supply of Modelo and limes.
  7. Lastly, if you could have one superpower, what would it be?
    My desired superpower would be to know every language that exists.
