We’re extremely excited to announce that Taylor Retting is the VGM Forbin Employee Spotlight for the month of May 2022. As a Process Lead, Taylor is passionate about assisting the team and the client in any way he can to produce a quality product as efficiently as possible. Every team needs a Process Lead like Taylor - Just don’t steal ours!

We interviewed our winner, and this is what he had to say:

3. What's your favorite thing about your job? Working with our team here at VGM Forbin to provide solutions for great clients
4. An interesting fact you may not know about me: I know all the words to Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire
5. What is your favorite quote? “Do or do not, there is no try”. - Yoda
6. Lastly, if you could have one superpower what would it be? I’d choose flight – just think of the money you could save!

Wendy thinks Taylor should be the employee spotlight because, “Taylor did an OUTSTANDING job with VGM Insurance. He took on the huge responsibility with stride and made it so much easier on the rest of the team. He is an incredible asset to our team.”

Courtney also added, “Taylor does a lot to help our customers and keeps projects moving forward. He's even willing to travel if necessary to help Donny out. He always has a positive attitude and makes sure to find fun in his day!”

Jess shared that, “Taylor has taken on a lot of our custom, complex projects while also maintaining all the financial projects. He is very level-headed and keeps the client on track and up to date on their website development projects in addition to being a huge asset to the production team and helping coordinate additional meetings, discussion, etc. to help get the job done on time and within budget! Thank you for everything you do Taylor!”
