Finding New and Better Ways to Streamline Our Internal Processes: Jessica Barber

We are thrilled to announce that our Administrative Assistant and billing expert, Jessica Barber, has been named the VGM Forbin Employee Spotlight for February by our leadership team. Despite her brief tenure with VGM Forbin, Jessica has been unwaveringly dedicated to streamlining billing procedures and has been making remarkable progress since her first day.

We asked our recipient a few questions so we could all learn a little more about her:

1. How long have you been working at VGM Forbin?
   I joined the Forbin team in July of 2022 and my VGM career began almost 16 years ago.
2. What is your role at VGM Forbin?
   I am the administrative assistant and billing specialist.
3. What's your favorite thing about your job?
   I get to learn something new every day, work with a cool team and find new and better ways to streamline our internal processes. Did I mention the candy bowl...?
4. If you could share one thing with a current client about VGM Forbin, what would it be?
   Many clients don’t know that we can email your invoices each month and that automatic ACH payments are available. It is an easy and worry-free way to stay on top of your books.
5. An interesting fact you may not know about me is that:
   I drink iced coffee all year round, no matter how cold Iowa gets.
6. Most importantly, what is your favorite quote?
   “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” - Bob Marley
7. If you could complete one thing on your bucket list, what would it be?
   I have a huge list, but one thing that comes to my mind is a hiking trip to Antelope Canyon. I do not hike but it sure looks pretty there!
